For the mountain bikers among you, heading up to Middleton is an absolute must!

The hill up might be tough, but it’s worth it for brilliant trails, woodland scenery and stunning views of the entire valley.

Head to one of Ilkley’s pubs to fuel you for the pedal back up to Westwood - The Flying Duck is right on route!
