We’re looking for someone who has:

* Thorough knowledge and experience within the hospitality industry
* A proven track record of career progression
* Strong leadership and team-management skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Creativity and a passion for food
* A good understanding of kitchen GP and cost control
* A hands-on approach to the day-to-day running of the kitchen
* The ability to lead from the front and ensure consistently high standards of food and service

📅 Temporary Lunch Closures

Please note that we will be closed for lunch to non-residents on the following dates due to private functions:

24th, 25th, 27th & 28th August

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

🍂 Autumn Opening Days

As we head towards the end of the summer season, from Monday 21st September we will no longer be open to non-residents on Mondays.

Non-residents will be welcome to visit us Tuesday – Sunday for food, drinks and those beautiful estuary views.

🎄 And yes… it’s never too early to mention Christmas!

Our festive lunches will begin from 4th December, running Thursday – Sunday throughout the festive season.

Our Christmas menu will be coming soon 🎅🏻✨
