We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reservations Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and support as they make reservations and inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively and deliver outstanding guest services will be key to ensuring a memorable experience for all clients.
Experience of using hotel computer software would be advantageous. Previous experience in a customer service and/or administrative role is essential. You must also be able to provide references.
