In 2004, Victoria walked into a tired, unloved café on the main street of Inveraray. Most people saw a small seasonal town. She saw a blank canvas. 🏡

She and her husband Stuart took it on together, named it Brambles, and built it around one simple belief — honest Scottish food and a genuine welcome.

Twenty-two years later, Brambles is an award-winning hotel and café that has welcomed guests from across the world — and it still feels exactly like it was always meant to.
Like somewhere you belong. ✨

One of the best parts about working at Brambles is our incredible team. You might spot some familiar faces! 😊

We're not just colleagues who pass each other in the kitchen or the café — we're a family. And when the chance comes to get together outside of work, we grab it with both hands.

This gorgeous summer weather was all the excuse we needed. We got out, let our hair down, and had a proper good time — which felt especially well-deserved after spending those scorching days working in a hot kitchen and café. We won't lie, the heat has been... character-building. 😅

Here's to the people who make Brambles what it is. We're so lucky to have this lot. 🧡
