Happy to take provisional bookings for summer 2020 onwards, with no deposit, until such time’s as lockdown restrictions are lifted. Lovely Scandinavian style wooden lodge on the banks of Loch Oich, with stunning views of the loch and Caledonian Canal beyond. The lodge is in the process of being upgraded to a very high standard and will be completed soon after lockdown. Accommodation includes, master bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe. 2 twin bedrooms, one with wardrobe, other with hanging space. There is a large cupboard in the hall for shoes and coats and jackets. Bathroom with toilet, washbasin and electric shower. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob. Open plan dining / sitting room with leather couches to relax and patio doors opening onto a large deck area with outdoor dining table and chairs, where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views over loch Oich.
To the rear of the lodge is the Great Glen way, coast to coast route for walkers and cyclists which runs from Fort William to Inverness along the banks of the Caledonian canal, including loch ness…………… there is also Invergarry preservation society railway, which is currently being upgraded. The loch hosts a watersports centre in summer and the loch can also be accessed privately (no jet skis allowed)
Close road links to Nevis range. Fort Augustus is 8 miles away 48 miles to Inverness and 25 miles to Fort William. Nearest railway station is Spean Bridge.
