We renovated our Victorian family home, built in 1878, to create our cosy bed
and breakfast with four comfortable en-suite guest bedrooms and retaining many of its original architectural features. The B&B is ideally located in Inverness city centre, only a few minutes walk to Inverness Castle, the River Ness and the Eastgate shopping centre on the High Street of Inverness. The bed and breakfast has free private off-street guest parking for four standard-sized cars and secure anchor fixings for motorcycles. There is an 11kw Electric Vehicle charging point for each parking space, so every guest room has a dedicated EV charging point. We provide information on what’s on in Inverness (for example where you can enjoy live Scottish music) and things to do in the Highlands. We have maps and tourist information available and are happy to tell you our personal recommendations on where to eat and drink. In addition to the many attractions the city of Inverness has to offer, The Ness Guest House is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful scenery of the Highlands and Loch Ness is only a short drive away.
