Our Bar Manager, Scott, has recently come back from the world-renowned École hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland where he took part in the ‘Art of Leadership’ programme with Hospitality Industry Trust Scotland, joining fellow hospitality professionals from across the globe.

Between leadership workshops, networking with industry peers, and taking in the stunning surroundings, it’s safe to say the trip was one to remember. And after returning home to glorious Highlands, we couldn’t resist sharing a few snapshots from his trip.

We’re incredibly proud of Scott and can’t wait to see the fresh ideas, inspiration, and leadership skills he brings back to the team at Ness Walk. 👏
