Following the recent government announcement we are closed from Thursday 5th November until Thursday 3rd December. If you had a booking in place during this time please note that it has been cancelled.

We will contact you when we re open to see if you would like to rearrange for an alternative date. Our online booking system is still available if you are looking to book a room following the 2nd December please click here to book.

Please note treatment bookings cannot be made online, our phones will be open from 3rd December to take these type of bookings.

We are saddened by the latest news that members of a nearby golf club have found themselves involved with an alleged verbal racial abuse attack on an England football player, and we’ve received a number of calls from the general public with queries about the recent allegations. Hintlesham Hall and the golf club in question share a rural location in Suffolk, but are completely separate businesses.
Hintlesham Hall has always operated a strict zero tolerance policy against any form of racial, verbal, or religious abuse within the hotel and dining rooms. If you have any questions surrounding our policy please be in contact with our team, but for any queries surrounding the recent allegations, we kindly ask that you contact the golf club in question directly.

We have changed our policy in regards to what PPE we’re asking our clients to wear. For the following treatments it is still mandatory that clients are wearing masks; Manicures, Pedicures and all Brow & Lash Treatments.

Aside from this clients are welcome to wear masks if they are more comfortable in doing so, but it is not essential. Please note staff will still be wearing masks/visors at all times.
