Sorry we've been a little quiet on Facebook over the last couple of weeks – we've been having some connection issues, but we're back!

It's a scorcher today, so why not cool off with an ice-cold pint in the beer garden? We've got plenty of chilled beers waiting for you, along with all your favourite drinks.

⚠️ QUIZ NIGHT CANCELLED TONIGHT ⚠️

Unfortunately, tonight's quiz has had to be cancelled.

Our quizmaster Matt got married in Ireland this week (which we were all delighted about) but his flight home has been cancelled, leaving him stranded across the Irish Sea.

We did consider running the quiz ourselves, but after a brief discussion we realised that making up questions and answers as we go along probably wasn't the professional experience you've come to expect.

Congratulations to Matt and his new wife, and apologies to everyone who was planning to join us tonight.

The bar is still open as normal, so feel free to come down for a drink and help us think of alternative ways to get Matt back from Ireland.

Commiserations to all the Arsenal supporters this morning. 😔⚽

The dream was alive, the hopes were high, and then football did what football does best... break hearts.

If you're feeling a little down today, come and drown your sorrows at the Tower Arms. We can't change the result, but we can provide cold beer, good company, and a safe space to repeatedly say, "We were the better team."

On a brighter note, things are looking up here. Oscar has now gone a full 24 hours without causing any structural damage to the hotel. No bedrooms have been flooded, the bar remains remarkably dry, no walls have mysteriously developed new features, and nobody has had to start a sentence with, "You're not going to believe what Oscar's done now..."

This is a significant achievement and one that should probably be recognised with some sort of award.

So whether you're celebrating, commiserating, or simply enjoying a sunny Sunday, pop in for a pint. Arsenal may have had a rough night, but at least Oscar's unbeaten run against the building continues. 🍻😂

Morning all! ☀️

What a beautiful Saturday it is!

Abdul is already in the kitchen getting breakfast sorted for our guests, while Oscar and Cassia are probably still enjoying the fact that it's breakfast time and not yet time to get the bar ready for tonight's Champions League Final. ⚽🏆🍻

The weather is looking fantastic, the garden is ready, and the drinks are nicely chilled. The only excitement so far this morning is that Oscar has somehow managed to flood part of the pub before his shift has even started. An impressive achievement considering he wasn't actually working at the time. 💦😂

Thankfully, normal service has resumed, the water is where it should be, and nobody needed to build an ark.

Tonight we're expecting a great atmosphere for the Champions League Final, so if you're planning on joining us, get down early, grab a seat, and settle in for what should be a cracking evening of football.

For now though, it's all about breakfast, sunshine, and enjoying the start of the weekend.

⚠️ KITCHEN CLOSED TODAY ⚠️

Our kitchen will be closed all day today while we crack on with some work behind the scenes getting everything ready for our brand new menu launching in the next couple of weeks 👨‍🍳✨

We know it’s slightly inconvenient for one day, but trust us… it’ll be worth it 🍔🍕🍽️

The bar is still open as normal, so you can still enjoy a drink with us and order in from Deliveroo… or other delivery services are available before Deliveroo’s legal team arrive 😅

Thanks for your patience while we give the kitchen a little TLC ready for the exciting changes ahead!
