Somewhere in your head is a completely useless fact you’ve been carrying around since 1998. Tonight could finally be its moment.

Gather your team and join us for an evening of wild guesses, whispered disagreements and someone saying “put it down, I’m certain” just before costing you three points.

Everyone’s welcome — seasoned quizzers, enthusiastic guessers and the person who’s only been invited because they know about sport.

🍽️ Food served 5.30–8.45pm, so make an evening of it. Much easier to forgive a teammate’s terrible answer when there are chips.

🧠🍻 TONIGHT’S QUIZ AT THE TOWER ARMS — 7.30PM!

Every quiz team has one. The geography expert who’s been to Tenerife twice. The music expert who needs you to hum it again. And the person who says “I knew that” immediately after the answer is announced. 😂

Tonight, bring them all along. We’re looking for questionable knowledge, confident guesses and at least one heated discussion about whether a penguin counts as a seabird.

There’s still time to recruit that friend who knows everything. Failing that, recruit the one who gets the drinks in. Equally valuable.

🍽️ Food served from 5.30–8.45pm, so make a proper evening of it. Thinking is hungry work — especially when you’ve spent ten minutes trying to remember the name of a man you watched on telly yesterday.

Expect an evening of wildly confident wrong answers, heated discussions over things nobody cared about five minutes earlier, and someone insisting, “It’s definitely B,” despite it not being a multiple-choice question.

There’s always that moment when your team changes the right answer because Dave “has a feeling”. Don’t listen to Dave. Dave also thought a flamingo was a type of Spanish dancer. 🦩

Whether you’re a walking encyclopaedia, a specialist in obscure 1980s song lyrics, or simply excellent at ordering the next round, come along and join the fun.
