This Sunday is Burns Night and we are having a Ceilidh. We are starting at 6:30 and their will be Scottish Dancing and a buffet. Tickets are available for £9 from the Mill or Ticket Tailor.

I've wanted to have a Halloween party at the mill for years and this year we are doing it. So there are 30 days left to sort out a costume. I've also been consulting with our resident ghosts about making an appearance, apparently as long as the DJ doesn't play "Agadoo" then they are fine with it.

The BBC comes to Ponden Mill. The BBC Traveling Auctioneers came to the mill last year and the Program is now available on IPlayer. Be warned it has mild to moderate embarrassing bits. It will air the old fashioned way on September 15 on BBC 1.

This is Luna, one of Ponden Mill Cats. She is quite the hunter, unfortunately at a recent wedding she was so proud of her most recent exploit that she presented it to the brides mother, by dropping it ceremoniously on her foot.
