Beautifully decorated corner-to-corner table for 22. This was Louise's 60th birthday celebration with local private chef yours truly at Ewe Time Holiday Barn in Kelbrook. Diners enjoyed rosemary foccacia; garlic and basil olives; garlic king prawns with kale; stuffed portobello mushrooms baked with Lancashire crumbly cheese; chicken with roasted grapes, tarragon and vermouth; herb topped salmon; honey roasted carrots; purple sprouting broccoli; buttery leeks; fondant potatoes; lemon cheesecakes and chocolate fondant puddings.
