Beautifully decorated corner-to-corner table for 22. This was Louise's 60th birthday celebration with local private chef yours truly at Ewe Time Holiday Barn in Kelbrook. Diners enjoyed rosemary foccacia; garlic and basil olives; garlic king prawns with kale; stuffed portobello mushrooms baked with Lancashire crumbly cheese; chicken with roasted grapes, tarragon and vermouth; herb topped salmon; honey roasted carrots; purple sprouting broccoli; buttery leeks; fondant potatoes; lemon cheesecakes and chocolate fondant puddings.

Thank you some much for hosting my 60th birthday party in your stunning barn. It was immaculately clean with every tiny detail spot on - well equipped kitchen, lovely open plan eating and relaxing spaces, comfortable beds arranged to our specifications with quality bedding and towels and simple country decor. We were at capacity but it was so spacious.

Heidi was a joy to deal with and the lovely little bar they have created across the wooden bridge was fabulous.

Would definitely recommend to anyway one
