The detached Victorian villa is set in a quiet part of the town, only a few minutes walk from the cobbled square in Kelso and a short stroll from the confluence of the rivers Tweed

and Teviot. The guests' accommodation spreads over two floors, dining room on the ground floor with six bedrooms with en suite shower and toilet on the first floor.

Saturday Ednam Young Farmers Club are holding a Charity Tractor Run in aid of Border Union Agricultural Society Countryside Schools Day🌾
£20 per tractor- please bring cash!

🏰 New for this season! Each Castle, Gardens & Grounds Day Ticket purchased is valid for seven days from the date of admission.
This means that visitors can enjoy all that Floors has to offer as many times as they like during that period, so if the Scottish weather scuppers your plans to enjoy the gardens or a walk around the estate, you can always try again on a better day. Remember kids go free!
