Hospitality can be a funny old game.
One table can leave you questioning your life choices, while the next reminds you exactly why you do it.
Sandi and I have been proud owners of The Plough Hotel for over a decade, and four years ago Lynsey joined us as Manager, bringing with her the energy, dedication and leadership that has helped shape the fantastic team we have today.
A huge thank you to our wonderful team, past and present, who work tirelessly behind the scenes and front of house to make The Plough the welcoming place it is. We're incredibly proud of what you've achieved together.
And to our guests - thank you for choosing to spend your time with us, for your support, your kind words, and for being part of our story.
