Brian and Mandy moved into 82 Shap road in May 2002, and opened as Balcony house in the august that year. I dont know how we did it but we threw ourselves into the deep end not really knowing what running a guest house entailed ....but....
20 years later we have welcomed countless guests to our victorian home that is ever evolving. Many of our guests return time again and we now have friends from

around the world and in our own country. We can really say we wouldn't still be here if we did not enjoy it, and there's nothing nicer than people telling you that you have a lovely home.
