How do you pronounce quinoa? KEEN-wah or kwin-OH-uh.
It gets sown in the field in the UK as kwin-OH-uh and ends up on the shelves as something different.
Our quinoa is for the birds to eat not us, it is also doing the soil lots of good. Linnets and other small birds are already starting to flock in the area feeding up ready for the winter. We saw 75 linnets using it the other day.
