A visual tour around the inside and outside of our vintage 1 bedroom Suffolk hut.
Minimum stay of 2 nights.
Weekday rates £45 per night
Weekend rates £55 per night
For bookings of 5 nights or more £40 per night.
For bookings please email us via the contact button with your dates and we will get back to you ASAP with confirmation. A deposit of 1 nights rate to be made on booking. For cancellations we offer a full refund if within 48 hours of booking, otherwise a 50% of the cost will be charged. Payments can be made via paypal.
If you are looking for somewhere to get close to nature, enjoy the surrounding sea and countryside walks as well as easy access to local popular beaches, historic villages & towns such as Kessingland, Southwold, Walberswick, Lowestoft, Beccles, Bungay, Halewsworth to name a few. You are spoilt for choice for things to do and places to go. We are happy to provide you with information on things to do or places to eat - please do just ask.
Adult couples preferred though under 2's allowed providing constant supervision in the garden and any equipment needed is brought.
We welcome dogs providing they don't mark their territory and are mindful of our resident terrier.
Also a great place to stay and be close to Lattitude music festival. Please enquire if you would like an additional small charge of £10 for festival drop-off. Pick up would be a local taxi firm - details can be provided. A great choice if festival camping isn't what you're after!
The Wendy House is a completely self-contained property that you have private access to via a side gate in our garden. We live in the main house separate from The Wendy House and will respect your privacy. Please do say hello and feel free to ask any questions as we are happy to help or offer advice and recommendations on things to do.

1 Master Bedroom with Kingsize bed.
1 living room with 1 x large comfy sofa, TV and period fittings
1 x kitchen with hot & cold tap water, Bottled drinking water free of charge, fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, complimentary tea, coffee & milk.
1 x bathroom with wash basin, shower and toilet.
Towels provided for house use. Please bring your own towels for the beach.
User Guide/Instructions for house appliances will be provided.
