🌼🦆 We have a very special visitor!
A wild duck has chosen the flower bed by the front door of our farmhouse to build her nest. Duck eggs usually take around 28 days to hatch, so we’re hoping for ducklings very soon! 🐣
Our resident dachshund, Coco, is a little puzzled by her new neighbour but is (mostly!) being very respectful… despite a few curious glances. 🐶😂

We have availability throughout January make the most of the stunning winter weather, with the Lake District at it’s quietest, enjoy the peaceful surroundings during the day.
