A beautiful day at St John's in the Vale Centre today, cloudless blue skies all day although a tad frosty and cool, quite special.
Following the recent high winds it looks like all of the leaves have now left the trees, as you can see it looks as if they have gravitated to the doorways, guess we have some sweeping to do now.

Assistant Manager, part time position available

We are looking for someone with a broad range of practical and administrative skills to support our Centre Manager in running our self-catering group accommodation, situated 4 miles from Keswick.

The hospitality we offer is shaped by our Christian foundation. Support for the Centre’s Christian ethos and purpose would therefore be a requirement of the role.

Other requirements are shared on-call duties, a good level of physical fitness to manage cleaning and maintenance aspects, and your own transportation.

We offer flexible working hours, remuneration of 15 hours per week @ £15 per hour and 4 weeks holiday + bank holidays each year.
