It's Bank holiday Monday and the best kind of cottage is the one where the walk starts at the front door. No car, no car park, no queue 🤩

Craft Cottage sits in a quiet spot near Dent with footpaths running straight onto the Dales Way. It sleeps 4, welcomes 2 dogs and has a patio round the back to soak up the sunshine. There's also a spiral staircase up to the twin room which we rather love!

Little Bethel is a snug bolthole just for two in Ambleside with exposed stone walls, oak beams, a wood burner and a window seat looking out to Loughrigg Fell 🤩
