A hopeful new chapter for Sycamore Gap 🌳🤞

Many of you will remember the heartbreak when the iconic Sycamore Gap tree was illegally felled back in 2023. Well, a winning memorial design has now been chosen, "The People's Tree" by Helix Arts and George King Architects, which will use community stories, sound and architecture to keep its legacy alive.

A beautiful way to honour something that meant so much to so many people.
