Bassenfell Manor, near Bassenthwaite Lake in the Lake District, is a residential centre hosting school groups, youth groups, church groups and holidays for individuals and families. It is situated in over 3 acres of grounds with adventure play equipment and provides comfortable accommodation in 19 bedrooms and a self catering apartment.

We've had an amazing week with SUScotland and their Creative Arts holiday. I would love to have shown you some of the drama, musical theatre and circus skills groups as well, but privacy rules take precedence. The Friday night ceilidh was probably the sweatiest one I've ever been to. 🥵🥵 See you all again next year.

Also the clean-up fairies left the kitchen cleaner than they found it. 🤣

If you are like me and sometimes use clothing differences to help you learn children's names, today wasn't the day to be at Bassenfell. 23 yr 2 children and 6 staff all turn up in identical Bassenfell trip sweat tops! At least they all had their names on the back which made it slightly easier. 🤣👏🏻
