The breakfasts are cooked using fresh local produce, the bacon is dry cured by the local butchers Thomasons, the sausages we use are their best Cumberland and our eggs are free range. The buffet table offers a large selection of branded cereals, yoghurts, toast, preserves and fresh fruit salad, all to be enjoyed while breakfast is cooking. Lakeland Festival of Light - Catbells
On Saturday 6th April Lakeland Mountain Guides
For the event meet at 5:30pm at the Rawnsley Centre in Keswick, and after a briefing and raffle you will walk to Catbells (2.5miles). Once the mountain is lined, and it's dark, an image will be captured of the mountain lit up.
You do not need a ticket to attend the event, but a donation from all attending is expected.
The charity chosen again for this year is Michelle Jurd Trust.

A new restaurant is preparing to open its doors to bring a taste of something different to customers in Keswick.

As well as the fantastic Markets as usual on Thursday and Saturday this week, it is also the Christmas Light Switch On. The event is this Friday 17th, all organised by Keswick Town Council. Food stalls, gift stalls, all day and the Lights go on at 7.00pm. Things going on all day including the Fun Fair and lots in the Packhorse Court. please share the post and come down on the day.
