Located approximately 1 mile from Keswick centre, the area is a walker’s delight with the cottage occupying an elevated location , handy for touring all parts of the national park. There are views from the first floor to Blencathra and Latrigg. The cottage has:

- Bathroom with bath, separate shower, wash hand basin and wc.

- Open plan sitting room/dining kitchen.
- Fully fitted kitchen with gas hob & electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer and dishwasher. In addition:

- Wireless internet access
- Duvets with bed linen provided
- Parking for 2 cars
- All fuel included

Non-smokers please, a cot & high chair are available (please order) and towel hire is available (£5/set - 1 bath & 1 hand towel)
