Enjoy fresh English strawberries served with whipped vanilla cream and sugar, a beautifully light strawberry pavlova with lemon curd, mint, crisp meringue and a soft centre, and a nostalgic strawberry, rhubarb and custard dessert.

Fresh asparagus has arrived, and we’re celebrating with a seasonal May menu, served daily from 11am–5pm.

Enjoy Fresh Spilman’s English Asparagus with dill hollandaise, poached hen’s egg and Parma ham, or try our White Asparagus Salad with warm Jersey Royals, pickled shallots and wholegrain mustard sauce.

For something extra special, our Grilled Fresh Spilman’s English Asparagus is served with smoked salmon, capers and caviar.
