I am thrilled to announce that Sue has been awarded Employee of the Year! Many of you are already familiar with Sue and know just how much of a superstar she is. Whether she's running around the restaurant, helping out at the bar, lending a hand in housekeeping, or assisting wherever needed, Sue is always there—and never asks for help. If she’s not busy with any of that, you can bet she’s probably painting something around the hotel!

What truly sets Sue apart is her dedication to ensuring every guest is happy. There is nothing more important to her than seeing smiles on our guests’ faces, and she will do whatever it takes to make that happen.

Sue, we are incredibly lucky to have you on our team. Your hard work, positive attitude, and endless contributions do not go unnoticed. Thank you for everything you do for the hotel—you are truly loved and appreciated by all of us! 💙👏

We would just like to say a big THANK YOU to all the staff there. We just spent 3 nights staying with you and thoroughly enjoyed the break. You have some real diamond staff members working there. In no particular order, Pauline was very welcoming and perfect for front of house. Sue, we loved Sue. An absolute star staff member, always service with a smile and nothing was too much bother. Albert was polite and cheery and Paul an excellent chef, duty manager and great all rounder. A business is nothing without great staff members and you have some really lovely people working there. We look forward to our next visit, hopefully in the not too distant future 😊
