Our guided sound bath sessions are limited to just 8 guests, creating a peaceful and intimate experience whether you're joining solo, as a couple or with friends.

A big congratulations to Katie, the winner of our Good Spa Guide Awards giveaway! šŸ„‚

Katie has won a one-night spa break for two at Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa, including a stay in a Premium Suite, a 50-minute treatment each, time to relax in our thermal suite and hydrotherapy pool, dinner in the Falls Brasserie and breakfast the following morning.

Weā€™ve already been in touch with Katie to share the good news, and we canā€™t wait to welcome her for her stay!

You wake up slowly with a coffee in bed, while a crisp autumn morning waits outside. Then itā€™s robe on, slippers ready and time to head to the spa.

Spend a few hours moving between saunas, steam rooms, shower experiences and the outdoor hydrotherapy pool, before warming up with a hot chocolate and taking your time getting ready for the evening.

Later, choose between Pan-Asian flavours at Mizu or something indulgent from the seasonal menu at Falls Brasserie.
