Accommodation: 4 guest rooms are en-suite, individually decorated and are serviced. Every room has a colour flatscreen TV, tea/coffee making facilities and the bathrooms are modern with electric showers and towels. Room 1: Situated on the first floor, a light and cosy double en-suite room with a splendid view of Latrigg fell. This room is also available for use as a single. Room 2: Situated on the

1st floor, this is a very spacious family room featuring a double bed, single bed and a sofa. Room 3: Situated on the 2nd floor, offering spectacular views of Latrigg and the surrounding Keswick fells. A standard double en-suite, this room can be also be used as a single room. Room 4: Situated on the second floor, this family en-suite room boasts a super king size bed and a single bed. Children are especially welcome and cots and high chairs are available upon request. Pets are also accepted by arrangement and we are a strictly non smoking establishment. Wireless broadband internet is available for guests use. Secure cycle storage is provided and there is safe on street parking opposite. Dining: A good hearty English breakfast together with lighter alternatives are offered every morning in the guest dining room. We also cater for vegetarians and special diets upon request.
