Golden hour magic, right from our doorstep! 🌅✨

There is nothing quite like a peaceful Lake District sunset to end the day.

Tonight we took a lovely family evening stroll (with little Dexter leading the way! 🐾) straight from the front door of Glencoe Guest House.

​We wandered up along the beautiful wooded flanks of Latrigg, and as you can see, we were rewarded with the most spectacular sunset views looking over towards Grisedale Pike and the Coledale fells.

​Whether you are looking for a full day of hiking or just a gentle evening wander to watch the sun go down over the mountains, our guest house is the perfect base camp for your adventures.

Dexter would like everyone to know that Glencoe Guest House is a dog friendly guest house in Keswick, where all dogs are welcome at breakfast and they all get there very own freshly cooked doggy sausage 🐾🌭
