Our Danish guests have been visiting our beautiful Yorkshire Dales and really enjoyed the ‘Full English breakfast ‘ but getting rather fed up of the same stuff, so they were really impressed with Pennycroft’s variety of menu ( for such a small place!)
Continental Breakfast here is a bit more then just a croissant……

It all about the Pumpkin...Pumpkin...Pumpkin! What else can you make apart from Soups?
A gooey fruity Caramel and Pumpkin cake.....so wicked it’s yummy!
Apples (from the garden) and Pumpkin Spiced Chutney..a delicate chutney spiced with Black Mustard Seeds.

Well, I had some help collecting Elderflower’s to make into cordial for Nicky Fairweather And Then Tasting Deli in Kettlewell.
It’s ready now, taste great diluted for a refreshing drink,or in Gin,Prosecco, and White Wine.
Thank you to Connie Hepworth & Jake Fairweather for help in gathering the flowers and mixing the Cordial.
