We've only gone and put Battered Halloumi on our Chippy Tuesday menu!

Oh, yes we have! Joining the line-up this week, alongside our classic Fish and Chips, succulent Scampi and Battered Sausage is golden, crispy Battered Halloumi - that salty, squeaky little number, that is dangerously moreish!

(Vegetarians, your prayers have been answered. You no longer need to wait until Wednesdays to come back to the pub 😉🙌)

Eat in or take away. To pre-order for a time to suit you, call 01869 350208

Last week, our Wholetail Scampi and Battered Sausages made their debut on The Oxford Arms Chippy Tuesday menu - but, which is your favourite?

1. Wholetail Scampi - it's fancy, but not too fancy. Very dunkable with a big dollop of tangy tartare sauce sitting next to it 😋

Or

2. Battered Sausage - it knows exactly what it is. Just a sausage. In batter. British legend. Equally delicious smothered in curry sauce, or dipped in ketchup 🙌

Tough choice? There's always our shamelessly crispy traditional Fish and Chips if you can't decide! Pop in and join us for a nice cold pint, or take away to enjoy at home 🐟🍟

Fancy sponsoring a hole? ⛳️
(There’s a joke in there somewhere, but let's not go there 🤭)

We’re looking for local businesses and individuals to sponsor a hole at The Oxford Arms Golf Day on Friday 18th September.

It’s a brilliant way to get your name out there while supporting a great cause. Whether you’re a local business looking to showcase what you do, or simply fancy giving something back for the sake of it, we’d love to have you on board.

Sponsors can make their hole their own - with signage, promotions, giveaways, drinks or anything else you think might make golfers stop, smile and remember you! Alternatively, if you are more of a quiet giver, a silent sponsorship is also an option! 🤫

It’s a chance to have a little fun, support the community and put your name in front of a captive audience of golfers for the day! ⛳️🍻

Get in touch with Struan at The Oxford Arms to find out more. Call 01869 350208 or email [email protected]
