Pant y Cwtsh is set over two floors and is a wonderful place for couples or friends as they explore this beautiful part of Carmarthenshire.

Step into a small entrance hall where you can leave your boots and jackets before continuing through to the open-plan living space, equipped with all the essentials for a short break, including a combi microwave/oven, 2-ring hob and a fridge.

Reward yourself with a local takeaway or rustle up a hearty feast to serve at the dining table; afterwards enjoy a movie on the Smart TV.

As the evening comes to a close, whisk yourself upstairs to the bedroom, boasting a generous super-king-size bed which can be arranged as a twin on request, and serviced by a gleaming en-suite shower room where you can prepare for the day.

The bedrooms benefit from amazing countryside views, so be sure to enjoy a cup of tea at the window in the morning sunshine.

Book a table at the Red Lion, boasting a friendly atmosphere and traditional menu, ideal if you fancy a night off cooking!

If you enjoy fishing, there is the peaceful Gwendraeth Fach with 500 metres of water or if that's not your thing, explore the Wales Coast Path for wonderful scenery.
