We are currently looking for a full-time Commis Chef or Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Kilconquhar Castle Estate.

Position Details:

- Minimum 40 hours per week
- Full-time position
- Pay negotiable depending on experience
- Work as part of a friendly and professional kitchen team in a beautiful estate setting

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year kitchen experience
- Driving licence preferred due to location, but not essential
- Passion for food and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment

🎉 School Holiday Job Opportunity – Leisure Team 🎉

We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic people to join our Leisure Team during the school holidays.

🕒 Around 24 hours per week during holiday periods
⏰ Shifts between 7:30am and 10:00pm

This is a varied role and will include:
⚽ Helping with children’s activities such as family football and arts & crafts
🏊 Assisting guests in the leisure centre
🛎 Dealing with customer enquiries at reception
🧹 Helping keep the leisure facilities clean and tidy

These hours are mainly available during school holiday periods, however there may also be opportunities for evening and weekend shifts throughout the year if you are available.

🚗 The role would suit someone local or with available transport. Please check the location of the estate and local bus routes to ensure you are able to travel to us.

📍 Kilconquhar Castle Estate, Kilconquhar, Fife, KY9 1EZ

✅ Applicants must be aged 18+ due to handling pool chemicals.
🎓 Full training provided.
