Amber is director of The Big Retreat Wales (Wellbeing Festival) and has run her own fitness and wellbeing centre for many years and managed health clubs both in the UK and overseas before that. She is a fully qualified Pilates instructor, nutrional advisor, massage therapist, personal trainer and holistic core restore coach



The gardens really are your home for your stay, to explore and enjoy at your leisure. There enough space for eveyone to escape, and wonderful places to come together and join in. The retreat is set in the beautiful Pembrokeshire countryside in Britain's only coastal National Park. The potting shed and grounds provide a stress free haven above the Cleddau estuary, a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. With an abundance of local wildlife set in ancient woodland, you can really feel at one with nature. Every season has a special feel and the gardens bloom and blossom with different colours and scents from Spring to Autumn.
