Unique Apartment with garden Elegant apartment available for short stays, situated in lovely suburb of Kilmarnock consisting of one double bedroom, shower room, kitchen and lounge.

The bedroom is light and airy with lovely bay window overlooking our large garden. The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all appliances including an electric hob, oven, washing machine, larder fridge, microwave and toaster, as well as all utensils and crockery for use during your stay. There is a very handy maid's rail for drying/airing clothes. The large lounge which has an original sanded

maple floor receives a lot of light from its bay window and is comfortably furnished. The apartment has gas central heating (in all rooms) and there is also an electric fire within the fireplace in the lounge. Free Wi-Fi is available. Breakfast is by way of self catering in the dining kitchen and for your convenience a breakfast pack will be left for you including milk, fruit juice, cereals, fruit, bread, butter, marmalade, jam, tea and coffee. There is a tv and audio system. There is also a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector fitted within the apartment.
