Visiting family in Kilmarnock.Another lovely stay at the Dean Park Guest House.
Robbie and Fred are the perfect hosts.Always friendly and very helpful.
Plenty of choice at breakfast.Cooked breakfasts are perfection.

Tips for other travellers: Bus stop across from Guest House to Glasgow.I believe runs every 20 minutes. Short walk to Railway Station and Town Centre. Dean Park is worth a visit, again within walking distance from Guest House.

Impressed!
2 very comfortable nights at Dean Park Guest House. Single room was plenty big enough and included a fridge ansd microwave. Lovely touches like fresh milk and Tunnocks tatters provides in the room. Very good breakfast but what stood out was the friendly welcome and excellent service. Parking too!

Had an excellent stay at Dean Park , I was made welcome the minute I walked through the door. The hosts Robbie and Fred bent over backwards to make sure that one felt comfortable with ones stay at their house.

Excellent stay. Fred was so helpful in every way and assisted us to work out the best way to travel to our next stop. Breakfast delicious. Comfy, clean, large room. Included parking which made life easy.

It was perfect for my overnight stay. Very clean and comfortable and good breakfast. It would be good for a longer stay as the room had a fridge and microwave as well as the usual kettle.
It was about 5 mins walk to the bus station. Buses to Glasgow every 20 mins.

I arrived much later in the evening thank I'd said, the owner came out to greet me, he was very nice, helped me reverse park into a parking space (I'm not very good at parking especially reverse parking) He also carried my bags to my room. I wasn't having breakfast in the morning as I needed to be away early, he asked if I wanted juice to put in my fridge in the room and also brought me a couple of banana's for the morning, which was very nice, he also brought me a Fan for the room which was great as it was rather hot that evening. He really couldn't do enough for me. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I certainly would stay there again. Thank you K Ward

Very welcoming. Comfortable rooms. Central location, yet quiet. Hearty, well-cooked Scottish breakfast, sets you up for the day.

Really excellent b&b if you’re coming through Kilmarnock. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Host is attentive but gives you space to feel at home. Breakfast really excellent. Highly recommended

High quality and convenient place to stay on a business trip
Excellent place to stay - very comfortable, clean room with everything you need in it. The staff were attentive and delivered a number of greatly appreciated little flourishes (the complimentary Tunnocks in the mini-fridge, for example). The breakfast was a particular highlight, freshly cooked to order and delicious, I just wish I had had more time to savour it. The building is very pretty and the location very convenient for the town centre and the station. The price was very reasonable as well.
