Job Vacancy - Chef
Location: The Boathouse, Kilsyth

About us:

Busy, friendly food business serving fresh, tasty food. We work as a tight team, keep standards high, and support each other in a well-run kitchen.

What you’ll do:

- Prepare, cook and finish dishes to our recipes and high standard
- Keep food fresh, store correctly and follow food safety & hygiene rules
- Check stock, help with ordering and minimise waste
- Keep your station, kitchen and equipment spotless and tidy
- Help train and support kitchen team members
- Work with head chef to keep quality and presentation consistent

What we need

- Experience working in a professional kitchen
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and food hygiene
- Reliable, quick worker who stays calm under pressure
- Team player, communicates well and takes pride in food
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Right to work in the UK
