Interesting choice of transportation at the Garvault carpark yesterday. A ten year old manual Porsche 911, a couple of electric bikes, an auto EV, or our old Land-Rover. Depends on where or how you travel, I guess

NOW FOUND

Our 3 year old 'red' collie has gone missing near Broch Dun Dornaigil at approximately noon today. The neighbouring estates have been informed and the Altnahara Hotel, as well as any fishers up for the week.

Scapa is a rescue dog and, while trained to the sheep, is wary of humans and liable to bark and/or run away if approached by strangers. He will not bite. He has an Austrian 'chip' (registered to my wife, Dr Eva Aderyn-Theimer) and is wearing a collar.

It is possible he will try and make his way the 30 miles of moorland back to Garvault House, although he was brought to the broch by car. But it is equally possible he might not.

Should any sighting be made of him, we would be grateful if we could be informed.
