Hello and welcome to Tetwell Wild camping in the heart of the South Hams (Devon).
We are based within 5 miles of the most beautiful beaches in the country - Bantham, Bigbury, Challaborough, Wonnell & Mothercombe. Plus endless walking trails around the picturesque South Hams. This includes Aveton Giffords tidal road less than a miles walk, which is hugely popular for kayaking and paddle boarding.
We are also 30 mins drive from Salcombe snd Dartmouth.
7 acres of fenced in and secure grassland for tents and caravans. Beautiful and tranquil, with running spring water and wildlife.

Please note, the field is very big with two access points. But if wet weather persists, 4x4 vehicles are advised.
There is three local shops, Aveton Gifford village shop (1.5 miles away) Hollyhead stores at St Ann’s chapel (3 miles away) and Coop Modbury (3 miles away). Many local country pubs also.
Dogs welcome. However, we do have 40 sheep which run through this field and the other two big meadows. Around the sheep and lambs, dogs must be kept on leads.
