Although many of you may already know Kuba, we wanted to properly introduce one of our wonderful Duty Managers.

Kuba first joined Thurlestone Hotel almost five years ago, working summers as a bartender and waiter while studying Business Management at the University of the West of England. After graduating and travelling across South East Asia, he returned to help support the relaunch of the Rock Pool Bistro ahead of last summer season.

Since then, Kuba has progressed from Food and Beverage Supervisor to Duty Manager and has become a hugely valued member of the team. Having worked across so many areas of the hotel, he knows Thurlestone inside and out and plays an important role in ensuring everything runs smoothly for both guests and staff.
