With two bathrooms - one en suite for the king size bedroom and a family bathroom – there’s plenty of space for everyone. The Garden Rooms and The Loft are both one bedroom apartments sleeping 2 people. An additional 1-2 people can be accommodated on a sofa bed or on an extra mattress. All the properties are furnished to a high standard and fully equipped, offering a wide selection of essentials for children and babies including toys, cots and high chairs. NEW FOR SUMMER 2020 we have 3 Safari Lodges. Our Safari Lodges are nestled in the sides of a valley in our private estate. Each Safari Lodge has been considerately positioned to offer stunning, private views of the treetops and beyond into the valley. Our lodges offer a comfortable, private sanctuary for 6 guests within three bedrooms and include a log burner, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, lounge & wood fired hot tub.

With stunning, wide-reaching rural views across the rolling hills and big skies, Lower Coombe Royal combines countryside living with modern facilities. We welcome dogs too! Our previous canine guests have been particularly impressed with the great walks in the gardens, woods and surrounding countryside. Although Lower Coombe Royal is placed firmly in the heart of the countryside, we are within easy reach of many beaches, the South West Coastal path and Dartmoor. Our enviable location means there are plenty of great activities and days out close by. Lower Coombe Royal is easily accessible – just 20 minutes from the A38, 10 minutes to the award-winning Bantham surfing beach and 10 minutes walk to the beautiful market town of Kingsbridge.​
