Recently renovated from a 200 year old cottage, Sunset has been completely transformed into a modern living area with great character features such as original beams, log burner and stone fireplace. When staying at Sunset Cottage, you and your guests will have access to the whole house; its newly, tastefully decorated and well equipped Kitchen, Living/Dining Room, Bathroom and 2 Bedrooms. Outside, a decked space surrounded by a bank of flowers, plants and trees provides you with a great space for alfresco dining on summer days. Parking is available for one car directly adjacent to the cottage and further parking is available if needed. You can do all sorts of activities on your holidays in Devon such as country walks, coastal hiking or trying out a range of water sports. Explore the local area, dine out in a wide range of restaurants and pubs and check out the spectacular beaches all from one of the best holiday cottages in Devon. Sunset cottage sits in the middle of the Devon countryside surrounded by rolling hills and farmland. With only one near neighbour, aside from a few chickens and geese in the opposite field, the cottage is set in a tranquil scenery of green hills and fields. You can access Sunset Cottage by car/taxi (5mins drive) or a 35 minute walk from Kingsbridge town. Nearby towns include Salcombe (20mins drive), Totnes (30mins drive) and Dartmouth (30mins drive). Nearby beaches to drive to include Torcross/Slapton Sands (15mins), Blackpool Sands (25mins), Thurlestone (20mins) and Bantham (20mins) to name just a few!
