Lantern Lodge is now open for the 2016 summer season.
We have just had a good Easter even thought the weather was not the best.
The latest news is that it has been changed into a B&B. It still has the same staff, great breakfasts and the use of the swimming pool and putting green.

If in need for a long or short stay just give us a call.
There are many establishments in Hope Cove where you can eat out in the evenings and they are are all within walking distance of The lantern lodge.

Trip Advisor has just awarded Lantern Lodge Hotel a
Certificate of Excellence.
We are still ranked No 1 in the Salcombe and Hope Cove area.
The forecast for the next week is fantastic, blue sky and sunshine.
At last summer might be with us.

Beautiful day at Hope Cove. Blue sky and sunshine. The view from the hotel is amazing. The sea a little choppy a few boats out and about.
We only have a couple of rooms left for the Bank Holiday but if you want a last minute break just call us.
On Sunday the new life boat will be out on the sea and the life boat stall will be set up next to the Hope and Anchor with new items for sale.
So if you fancy a day day why not pop down to Hope cove to see what's going on.

Lantern Lodge hotel is ranked No1 out of 10 hotels in Salcombe and No 1 out of 4 hotels in Hope Cove on Trip Advisor.
On Easter Sunday Hope Cove had its New Lifeboat and crew blessed by the bishop of Plymouth. It was a very special day.
All of our guests had a great day enjoying the celebrations and hope to return for another enjoyable stay. (Hopefully with warmer weather)

Lantern Lodge is now open for the summer season. The weather is not to great today but i'm sure it will improve and we will have a great summer.

Easter if fast approaching but we do still have a few rooms available.
Hope Cove is getting their new lifeboat in time for Easter and it is being blessed by the Bishop of Plymouth on Easter Sunday. All very exciting the crew cant wait to test it out and rescue those poor devils who get in trouble out at sea.
So why not book a break and come a long and join in the celebration of the new arrival.
