We're incredibly proud to see our Compliance Manager, George Baker, continuing to make the most of his place on the Hull & Humber Top 30 Under 30s LEAP Programme.

Over the first five sessions, George has been developing his leadership skills through topics including coaching, communication, self-awareness and active listening. It's been fantastic to see him embracing the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, challenge himself and bring new ideas back into the business.

Investing in the development of our people is incredibly important to us, and we're excited to see George continue his journey through the programme. We're looking forward to seeing how the knowledge and experience he gains will support both his own career and the continued growth of Pure Block Management.

As members of The Property Institute (TPI), we're pleased to be able to share valuable resources with our Resident Management Company (RMC) and Right to Manage (RTM) Directors, including a free online course designed to provide a practical introduction to leasehold building management.

Created in collaboration with leading organisations across the sector, the course covers the key legal and operational responsibilities of managing a residential leasehold building, helping Directors build their knowledge and make informed decisions.

It's just one of the ways we're committed to supporting our clients beyond day-to-day property management.

We're delighted to announce Hull Animal Welfare Trust as Pure Block Management's Charity Partner for the year 🐾

As a team, many of us have pets of our own, so supporting a charity dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming animals felt like a natural choice.

Over the coming months, we'll be getting involved in fundraising events, a sponsored walk, supply appeals and much more to help support the incredible work the Trust does across our local community.

We're looking forward to working together and sharing our journey with you over the year ahead.
