Kingswear - Dartmouth Holiday Flat

The Covid situation seems to be easing but it looks like we're nowhere near ready to ease the lockdown. We're taking bookings from July onwards but are trying to space them out on alternate weeks to allow for a proper Covid clean between each person's stay.

We're also getting a new kitchen installed in the coming months so holidays should be a bit more decorous in the kitchen department!

Great news, as our longterm tenants have left the flat upstairs we have decided to offer it for holiday let's again - so that means we have a one bedroom flat downstairs and a two bedroom flat upstairs. Both have secure gardens and parking.

We just need a while to get some new furniture in and should be ready to let by mid June. 'Mates rates' apply (give us a ring) and we are more than happy to accept dogs!

I've now finished the new gates at the flat (the last one got blown to bits in the gales earlier this year).

We still have a couple of weeks in August (8th-15th and 15th-22nd) as well as two weeks in September - nice and quiet when all the kids have gone back to school - (12th-19th and 26th-3rd Oct).
