Ghillies Rest & Bistro Bar Bar and Bistro attached to the Duke of Gordon Hotel in Kingussie. Serves Food, Drink and lite bites. Lite bites are available up to 16:00.

Ghillies Rest & Bistro Bar is the public side bar connected to the Duke of Gordon Hotel. It is open from 11:00 until late and we serve a full bar menu from Noon until 20:30. If you are visiting the area and are staying in a local B&B show your key to our bar staff and we will provide you with a 10% discount*

( Please be aware that we can only provide you with a 10% discount on food, alcoholic beverages will not have a deduction )

From Monday, we will be able to serve alcohol indoors, with a few restrictions still in place:

New INDOOR bar rules from Monday 17th May:

- alcohol is permitted
- 6 people from 3 households may sit together
- 10pm last drinks orders (we must be closed at 10.30pm)
- most importantly, please book a table because we can only allow a 2 hour dwell time per party, indoors

Outdoors, we will be able to allow 8 people from 8 households to sit together

We are delighted the government road map is going as planned for us, so please respect the above rules so that we can remain open and we can begin to enjoy a more "normal" sense of hospitality 😊
