The Enchanted Forest returns to Faskally Wood from 8 October to 8 November 2026. This year is its 25th anniversary, themed "Stop The Clock: The 25th Hour".

It's a sound and light show on a walking trail through the wood, with timed departures by shuttle bus from Pitlochry. The full circuit is about 1.8km and takes 60 to 90 minutes.

Worth knowing if you're planning an autumn stay with us. From the Club it's about half an hour's drive to Pitlochry. Tickets are on sale now through the event's own website.

The Rannoch Marathon is next weekend, on the 11th of October! 🏃♂️ We're excited to see the buzz of the community, but if you're travelling on that day, keep an eye on the roads. Here's the full list of closures and traffic arrangements. 👇

The Rannoch Marathon is back on the 10th and 11th of October! 🏃♀️ Dating all the way back to the 1980s, this is a highly celebrated, picturesque run around the loch that has sporting types from across the country taking part.

We're keeping our eye out for news of road closures and temporary disruptions around Rannoch. We'll keep you updated. 🫡

🎻 MUSIC IN RANNOCH

ADLibitum is Andrea Gajic on violin and Djordje Gajic on classical accordion. Both teach at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, and their programmes range from Balkan folk music to Baroque and contemporary classical arrangements.

Sunday 20th September, 3pm, at the Old Church in Kinloch Rannoch. Admission is £10 at the door, children go free. There are refreshments (w**e, soft drinks, nibbles) in the interval.

Do go along if you can. An ideal way to wile away a Sunday. 🎶
