Happy New Year's Day! We have a serious question for you, are you going loony today?

Loony Dook's are a New Years Day tradition in Scotland. It's when you voluntarily dive in to freezing cold water. The original Loony Dook and the largest one takes place in South Queensferry, about a 30-minute drive from The Green Hotel. You'll also find them in Leven, Kinghorn and Kirkcaldy.
