I don’t know about you, but Valentine’s Day often feels like a bit of forced fun to me. Don't get me wrong, I love any excuse to do lovely things together but I just hate other people telling me when that should be!

That said, we've just had a last min cancellation for this weekend (which is sad for one lovely guest, but hopefully might make another very happy), and I suddenly thought, although I am not a natural romantic, I might have a chance to be Cupid! 😍

I know romance means different things to different people but if the idea of long walks together under big Scottish skies, enjoying beautiful views, and snuggling on the sofa with some champagne by the fire might be how you'd imagine a perfect valentines weekend…then it could all now happen!

What I suggest is (in my role as a modern day cupid!) you mention it to the person you'd like to go with, or unsubtly tag them to this (and write something like “take me now” 😘) so they know exactly what you need and want!🍾 ✨

And if they take the hint and book it for you, I'll make sure there's a bottle of bubbles for you so it all goes off with a bang!

As always - this is sent with much love - but given the timing there's definitely super charged extra love at the heart of it too! ❤️

There’s no denying the storms have been crazy recently but when you get those beautiful autumn days in Scotland, with the big blue skies and crisp fresh air, there’s nothing quite like it…and it’s easy to forget they ever happened! 💕

Am feeling very happy to be back for a week or so! It’s not long enough but it’s definitely better than nothing! 😊😍
