A little update from us at The Thistle 💜
Willie and I have worked incredibly hard to bring The Thistle back to life and create somewhere lovely for the people of Milnathort, Kinross and the surrounding areas to come together, enjoy great food, have a drink and feel genuinely welcome.
We’ve been opening the restaurant Friday to Sunday, and we’re delighted that we’re now in a position to add Thursday lunches and dinners too. We also have a few special themed evenings planned, so there’s plenty more to come!
We’re very lucky to have a beautiful, spacious restaurant which can accommodate larger gatherings, funeral teas, family celebrations and special occasions. We also have a very talented young chef who loves what he does and would be delighted to create something especially for your occasion.
And we’re not finished yet! Our next project is the function room upstairs, which we’re hoping to have ready early next year — or sooner if we possibly can.
More than anything, we’d just love to see more of you through the doors. You don’t even need to be coming for a meal — pop in for a drink, have a wee look around and see what we’ve been doing.
We really believe The Thistle can become a proper hub for our community — somewhere for good food, celebrations, gatherings, a quiet drink and everything in between.
We’ve put a lot of ourselves into this place, but we can only make it work with the support of the community around us.
