A little snippet into our Charity challenge!✨

Team Dundas launched this year’s charity week by swapping places with Drummer, the heavy horse who normally tows the barge past the pub and all the way to Dreweatts Lock. The challenge? Beat Drummer’s usual time of two hours to complete the three-mile round trip to the lock and back.

With five team members taking turns at the rope, Team Dundas managed to set an impressive time of 1 hour and 53 minutes—shaving a full seven minutes off Drummer’s record.

With lots more on at the pub this weekend, please visit us to help donate and spread generosity for Newbury Cancer care this November!
