David’s family have been here for over a hundred years. This is a friendly working farm with two lovely big ensuite rooms - Yellow and Maroon. Each bedroom has:
Small fridge with fresh milk and fruit juices
Full set of towels
Hairdryer
Safe
Organic body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion
A travel cot and potty loo for young children
Muesli and cornflakes in your room, if you wish.
Easy access and lots of parking. Perfect place to stop if passing Leicester or as a base to see many places of historical interest, or be comfortable while working in the area.
Our guests may use our pool and large garden. The pool is usually heated April - September. It is 36ft long, over 9ft in the deep end and 3ft in the shallow end. There are sun loungers you can use. For safety reasons swimmers must be accompanied.
There’s a garden table and chairs under a gazebo which has a waterproof roof. For the cooler evenings there is a chimnea which can be lit.
Due to the coronavirus we cannot give you our usual cooked breakfast, but you can sleep in our comfortable bedrooms, enjoy swimming in the pool and relax in the garden.
Oh just a quick point...we have a very large Old English Mastiff, Jedi and a Jack Russell called George. So it helps if you are a dog lover!

Bookings must be for a MINIMUM OF 2 NIGHTS. 50% of the total amount to be paid on reservation. The balance on arrival.
Deposit is refunded if I receive your cancellation no less than 14 days before your arrival.

10% discount for reservations from the same household where both Yellow and Maroon rooms are booked for the same period.
Sanitizer will be offered on arrival and your temperature checked. If above 37.5 degrees, we will, with regret, have to turn you away.
