Early start in the Lake District before a hike up and around Hay Stacks. Autumns on its way!

Had a great 30mile trip down the River Tweed in Scotland. Fast flowing and lots of rapids. So much wildlife and even had a Osprey come down a catch a fish right in front of us, such a sight.

The waterfalls behind the cottage has been in full flow after days of heavy rain and snowmelt from the Moors. Normally a nice gentle flow.
All the Curlews Oster Catchers and Lapwings have arrived to nest. Next the lambs will arrive, Let's hope the weather is kind to them.
Such a great time of the year here.

Fantastic light.
You just have to risk getting wet,but in between the rain there are some great photography opportunities. Looks like snow is on its way so the landscapes will change again.
